At 3:30pm the SPC has placed an outlined area where storm development is likely to begin over the next couple of hours across parts of NTX and southern Oklahoma. 
The SPC is saying the likelihood of a watch being issued is at 60%. Storms in this area will have the potential to produce large hail, damaging winds, and tornadoes. Stay weather aware!
