Please read these terms and conditions (‘terms’, ‘terms and conditions’) carefully before using Weather 225 app (the ‘service’) operated by Weather 225 (‘us’, ‘we’, ‘our’).
Conditions of Use
We will provide their services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this app, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.
Our streams are free to view, however, please do not re-broadcast our streams or media on your own platform for use on channels, YouTube or other streams/broadcasts, etc.
Privacy Policy
Weather 225 itself does not collect private individuals from users through its media platforms, apps, and streaming channels. We cannot guarantee that services from third parties we use for apps and streaming don’t collect data.
Communications
The entire communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our app, you are going to be communicating with us. You hereby consent to receive communications from us. If you subscribe to the news on our app, you are going to receive regular emails from us. We will continue to communicate with you by posting news and notices on our app and by sending you emails. You also agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications we provide to you electronically meet the legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
APP ALERTS
Our app alerts are manually sent out by admins and forecasters using our apps development system. Our alerts are not automated and may not always be sent out. Please do NOT rely only on the Weather 225 mobile app for life saving weather alerts and notifications. ALWAYS have numerous ways to receive alerts.
Interpretation
Weather 225 forecasts and graphics are made by weather 225 personnel and our forecasters will try to deliver the best information we can provide to viewers. However, forecasts may not always be interpreted correctly by viewers and users. Weather 225 is NOT liable for misinterpretations, and the decisions and choices by viewers and users who may misinterpret forecasts and information provided for free by Weather 225.
Live coverage
During our live coverage Weather 225 is not liable for misinterpretations of information provided. Due to a limited number of personnel working during severe weather across the app, media, and streaming, we CANNOT guarantee we can cover every storm while severe weather is occurring. We will always try our best to deliver the best information and coverage to our viewers during severe weather. Regardless of live coverage, if your area receives an alert, you MUST ALWAYS seek the appropriate shelter to protect yourself, life, and property.
