Storms clear from the immediate DFW area

Storms have cleared the area, and the severe thunderstorm watch is over for the DFW area this evening. The system that moved through our area has pushed east, and the front itself extending across the country all the way up towards Michigan is causing issues across the Midwest and southern US. Several tornado warnings have been issued with this line of storms, including reports of a few spin ups and funnel clouds across Ohio, Illinois, and Arkansas. Fortunately for the DFW area our severe weather chances were slim-ish and we made it through the front with no severe storms, just a few small hail reports.A wind advisory remains in effect until 7pm this evening for Cooke-Grayson-Fannin-Wise-Denton-Collin-Parker-Tarrant-Dallas-
Rockwall-Erath-Hood-Somervell-Johnson-Ellis-Comanche-Mills-
Hamilton-Bosque-Hill-Lampasas-Coryell-. Expect 25-30mph winds within the advised area.

Another point to mention, is area temperatures tonight will dip into the 40s and 30s across the region with mostly clear skies.
