Low storm chances today (6/19/2020)

We could see a complex of showers and storms move into the region late tonight into overnight. This is the latest run on our future cast radar, of the HRRR model. Models this morning have been back and fourth with some runs keeping activity to the north of DFW, and some runs like this latest run, showing this activity move into the metroplex late tonight. Some (NOT all) storms could be strong with gusty winds (45-60mph) and smaller hail around or less than 1” in diameter. The overall threats are low, and not everyone will see shower/storm activity. Stay tuned for the latest. Visit the menu on our site for today’s forecast, severe weather risk and more information
