At 404 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Sunnyvale, or near Mesquite, moving southeast at 10 mph.
Penny size hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with
this storm.
Locations impacted include...
Dallas, Garland, Mesquite, Rowlett, Balch Springs, University Park,
Sachse, Seagoville and Sunnyvale.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Seek
a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
This storm may intensify, so closely monitor for additional
information or possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
